Meet Dr. Lorraine Wong
Dr. Lorraine Wong, PhD, ABPP, is a highly experienced and dedicated clinical psychologist. With advanced training in ERP, TEAM-CBT and ACT she is able to offer tailored treatments for anxiety related problems.
Dr. Wong previously served as the Clinical Director of The Feeling Good Institute, where she taught and trained therapists to develop advanced CBT skills.
Dr. Wong works with a wide range of clients, offering personalized, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and OCD. She is passionate about helping people discover their values, overcome obstacles, and live lives filled with meaning and fulfillment.
Dr. Wong’s clinical expertise includes, but is not limited to:
Anxiety, including generalized anxiety and social anxiety

OCD and related disorders
Eating disorders, emotional eating, and body image issues

“When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me with my dog Mochi, face-timing with my daughter, who lives in Boston, listening to music (soul, rap), in the sun reading a book or relaxing, or spending time with friends at a cafe or good restaurant. To be 100% transparent, you might also find me watching multiple episodes of streaming series, some really “bad” but somewhat addicting, as a way to unwind. Meet Dr. Arianna Zabriskie
Arianna Zabriskie, PsyD (Dr. Z), is a postdoctoral fellow under my supervision, and I must say, it is truly an honor to supervise her. She is an intelligent, warm, caring individual with excellent training and skills.

One of her missions is to help her clients discover what it means to live a conscious life of self-actualization and congruence - to help people become their best, authentic selves.
